All prices for our Services are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments processed through Stripe and other approved payment methods.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the Services, including applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a service-level agreement. FastBridge is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all shipping information, including recipient name, address, and contact details.
FastBridge provides standard shipping insurance on all shipments. Liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited to the declared value of the goods or the maximum coverage provided by our standard insurance, whichever is lower.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We reserve the right to investigate any claim before issuing compensation.

All content on the FastBridge website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of FastBridge or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to FastBridge in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastBridge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
